Good morning!
We’ve got a high-yield spin-off raising its dividend for the second time this year. We’ve also got an over-the-counter stock declaring its latest distribution. And, we’ve got a special dividend announcement, too.
Let’s start with the raise first…
Millrose Properties, Inc. ($MRP) Raises Dividend By 2.7%
Millrose Properties, Inc. is a recent spin-off from Lennar Corporation. The company buys huge tracts of land and then prepares them for development. It then leases or sells the finished lots to homebuilders.
Because it is a spin-off, this company doesn’t have much mainstream attention. As a result, Millrose is currently trading at a price to funds from operation ratio of 11.71 while paying a 10%+ starting yield. And, the firm already raised its dividend back in September.
Yesterday, Millrose announced a second dividend hike, raising its payout by 2.7%.
Millrose Properties, Inc. will now pay a $0.75/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 1/5/26
Payout date: 1/15/26
Forward starting dividend yield: 10.31%
AMEN Properties, Inc. ($AMEN) Declares $7.50 Dividend
Over-the-counter stock with a daily trading volume of 24? Sure, why not.
AMEN Properties, Inc. is an obscure, illiquid stock that pays a high starting yield. The company owns oil and gas properties which generate royalty revenue. AMEN has been in business since 1997, and the firm pays a variable quarterly dividend.
Yesterday, AMEN announced its latest distribution.
AMEN Properties, Inc. will pay a $7.50/share quarterly dividend.

Cohen & Company Inc. ($COHN) Declares $2.00 Special Dividend
Cohen & Company Inc. is a financial services firm that specializes in fixed-income trading, asset management, and investment banking.
This is a company that’s been around since 1999, and pays a regular quarterly dividend. Unfortunately, this quarterly payout hasn’t been raised in years. But that may change, since Cohen & Company recently announced a one-time special distribution to “recognize our recent strong operating performance.”
