The Daily Dividend 11/6/25
Good morning!
What a streak we’ve been on for the past few weeks. Dividend raise after dividend raise, every single day. It’s a good time to be an income investor.
Today’s dispatch contains three more companies that are all hiking their payouts at a rate that outpaces inflation.
Let’s start with the biggest increase first…
Iron Mountain Incorporated ($IRM) Raises Dividend By 10.1%
Have you ever read George Lucas: A Life, by Brian Jay Jones?
I haven’t. But, it’s on my bookshelf and ready for a future read. I bring this up because George Lucas is an incredible businessman. Lucas created Lucasfilm, Industrial Light & Magic, THX, and Graphics Group which later became Pixar.
Many years ago, I read that George Lucas owns an old salt mine that was converted into a special film storage facility. There’s a whole bunch of technical science behind salt mines and film preservation. But, if you want to invest like George Lucas, Iron Mountain Incorporated buys old mines and turns them into secure storage facilities.
Iron Mountain Incorporated operates data centers and storage facilities in 61 countries. Additionally, 95% of the Fortune 1000 companies rely on Iron Mountain’s services.
And, over the past decade, Iron Mountain stock has beaten the general market.
Yesterday, Iron Mountain announced a 10.1% dividend raise.
Iron Mountain Incorporated will now pay an $0.864/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 12/15/25
Payout date: 1/6/26
Forward starting dividend yield: 3.34%
Service Corporation International ($SCI) Raises Dividend By 6.3%
A Peter Lynch favorite all the way back in Lynch’s book One Up on Wall Street, Service Corporation International owns and operates funeral homes.
The firm owns cemeteries, crematoriums, and funeral parlors. Service Corporation International also sells caskets, crypts, and other mortuary products. This is a company that operates in an extremely unique niche and has been a steady performer for decades.
Case in point, Service Corporation International recently announced a 6.3% dividend raise.
Service Corporation International will now pay a $0.34/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 12/15/25
Payout date: 12/31/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 1.68%
Emerson Electric Co. ($EMR) Raises Dividend By 5.2%
Is this slumbering king finally waking up?
Emerson Electric Co. is a Dividend King that has consistently raised its payouts every year for over 50 years. The firm makes automation systems for commercial and residential properties. High-tech products that help keep buildings, and their occupants, safe.
While Emerson has consistently increased its dividend for decades, many of these raises were paltry 1% hikes.
Yesterday, however, Emerson broke this trend by declaring a 5.2% dividend increase.
Emerson Electric Co. will now pay a $0.555/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 11/14/25
Payout date: 12/10/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 1.61%

Now, the S&P is trading at over 30x earnings—a level historically linked to crashes.
And the Fed is lowering rates, potentially adding fuel to the fire.
Bloomberg asked where experts would personally invest $100,000 for their September edition. One surprising answer? Art.
