RPM International Inc. ($RPM) Raises Dividend By 5.9%
RPM International Inc. is a world leader in specialty coatings, sealants, building materials. The company makes NatureSeal, Rust-Oleum, Varathane, and DAP caulk. These products are used to protect and preserve iconic landmarks, including the Sydney Opera House and Statue of Liberty. And, RPM sealants and coatings are also used in millions of homes and apartments all over the world.
RPM is a Dividend King, rewarding shareholders with 52 consecutive years of uninterrupted dividend growth. Yesterday, the company announced its latest dividend raise, a 5.9% increase over the previous distribution.
RPM International Inc. will now pay a $0.54/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 10/20/25
Payout date: 10/31/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 1.85%
Alamo Group Inc. ($ALG) Declares $0.30 Dividend
Alamo Group Inc. designs and manufactures land management equipment. The company makes sickle bar mowers, zero-turn lawnmowers, posthole diggers, snow blowers, and backhoes.
This business was founded in 1969. And yesterday, Alamo Group announced its latest dividend distribution.
Alamo Group Inc. will pay a $0.30/share quarterly dividend, in-line with previous.

UMH Properties, Inc. ($UMH) Declares $0.225 Dividend
UMH Properties, Inc. is a real estate investment trust that focuses on an unusual residential niche.
The company owns and operates manufactured housing communities.
UMH owns 144 manufactured home communities containing a total of 26,800 developed homesites. The firm has been in business since 1968, and UMH has paid dividends every year since 1990.
Recently, the company announced its latest distribution.
UMH Properties, Inc. will pay a $0.225/share quarterly dividend that is in-line with previous.
