The Daily Dividend 6/24/25

Good morning and it looks like the stock market is recovering from its WW3 scare.

Obviously great news, but also a good reminder of why trading around current events is risky. Comparatively, when you invest for the long-run you’re buying part of a business. And high-quality businesses can reward their shareholders through all sorts of economic and political climates.

Case, in point, several of the stocks that have recently announced their next dividend payment.

We’ll cover three of these businesses today.

Logitech International S.A. ($LOGI) Declares $1.54 Dividend

Logitech International makes computer accessories like mice, keyboards, headsets, and webcams. This is a company that saw its share price skyrocket during the Pandemic, only to come crashing down in 2022.

But, since then, Logitech International has almost doubled from its 2022 lows.

Logitech International pays an annual dividend. And the company recently announced their 2025 distribution of $1.54/share. Logitech pays their dividend in Swiss francs, but when converted to dollars, this upcoming payment works out to being approximately $0.17/share higher than the previous distribution.

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 1.84%

GE Vernova Inc. ($GEV) Declares $0.25 Dividend

The 2024 spin-off of General Electric's energy business, GE Vernova Inc. manufactures and services technology for the gas, nuclear, hydro, and steam power industries.

Put another way, they make wind turbines, maintain nuclear rectors, and provide other energy related services that municipalities and utility companies rely on. While GE Vernova is a new stand-alone business, the company can trace its roots all the way back to Thomas Edison.

And recently, GE Vernova announced a $0.25/share quarterly dividend that is in-line with the previous payment.

  • Payout date: 8/18/25

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 0.2%

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. ($AVAL) Declares $0.0084 Dividend

Speaking of General Electric, Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores is a Colombian banking conglomerate that actually owns some of General Electric Capital’s old Central American operations.

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores also owns a major stake in: Banco de Bogota, Banco de Occidente, and Banco AV Villas.

This is a company that is involved in retail banking, credit cards, mortgages, and investment banking services. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores stock is down by almost 71% over the past decade due to Colombian politics. But, the company is a consistent, monthly dividend payer.

In fact, Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores recently announced a $0.0084/share monthly dividend that is in-line with the previous month’s distribution.

  • Payout date: 7/9/25

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 3.55%
