Last week, Advanced Drainage Systems announced a 12.5% dividend increase.

Last week, Gaming and Leisure Properties announced a 2.6% increase to their quarterly dividend.

This gives Gaming and Leisure Properties a new quarterly dividend rate of $0.78/share.
