However, yesterday, the company announced that they will not be going out of business. Instead, Universal Safety Products sold one of its subsidiaries and is redistributing the profits in the form of a one-time $1.00/share special dividend.

Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. ($PECO) Raises Dividend By 5.7%
