We’re starting the week with three new dividend increases, mostly from lesser-known companies that rarely get much attention.

If you’re interested in obscure and offbeat businesses that pay and raise dividends, this one’s for you. Let’s start with the biggest hike first, coming from a streaming platform.

CuriosityStream Inc. ($CURI) Raises Dividend By 6%

CuriosityStream Inc. is a company you may have heard content creators on YouTube promote. It sponsors many channels and has cross-platform deals with a wide range of influencers.

It’s a global streaming company that produces and licenses documentaries, courses, and factual programming focused on nonfiction subjects like science and technology.

Last week, CuriosityStream raised its dividend by 6%.

CuriosityStream Inc. will now pay a $0.085/share quarterly dividend.

  • Ex-dividend date: 6/5/26

  • Payout date: 6/19/26

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 10.85%

NACCO Industries, Inc. ($NC) Raises Dividend By 4%

NACCO Industries, Inc. operates surface coal mines under long-term contracts. It’s an old-school industrial holding company with an interesting corporate history, having owned and later spun off several businesses, including Hamilton Beach Brands.

Today, NACCO focuses on mining and is the largest producer of lignite coal in the United States.

Last week, the company announced a 4% dividend increase.

NACCO Industries, Inc. will now pay a $0.2625/share quarterly dividend.

  • Ex-dividend date: 6/1/26

  • Payout date: 6/15/26

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 2.15%

Hyster-Yale, Inc. ($HY) Raises Dividend By 1.4%

Hyster-Yale, Inc. designs, builds, and services forklifts, warehouse equipment, and logistics technology. Its products are used in warehouses, factories, ports, and distribution centers. Fun fact: Hyster-Yale is actually a spin-off of NACCO Industries, Inc..

This is something of an infrastructure play, as the company makes vehicles that move goods through ports, warehouses, and supply chains.

Recently, the company announced a 1.4% dividend increase.

Hyster-Yale, Inc. will now pay a $0.365/share quarterly dividend.

  • Ex-dividend date: 6/1/26

  • Payout date: 6/16/26

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 4.09%
