TXNM Energy, Inc. ($TXNM) Declares $0.4075 Dividend

Here’s a lesser-known utility company that was founded all the way back in 1917.

TXNM Energy, Inc. owns and operates regulated utility companies that provide electricity to roughly 800,000 homes and businesses in both New Mexico and Texas.

The firm has raised its dividend every year for 13 consecutive years, including a 5.4% increase in December of last year. And yesterday, TXNM Energy, Inc. declared its latest payout.

TXNM Energy, Inc. will pay a $0.4075/share quarterly dividend that is in-line with the prior.

  • Ex-dividend date: 10/24/25

  • Payout date: 11/14/25

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 2.87%

The Toro Company ($TTC) Declares $0.38 Dividend

This is a company that makes lawnmowers and landscaping equipment.

The Toro Company owns a portfolio of recognizable lawncare brands, including: Toro, Spartan, Exmark, and Lawn-Boy. The company sells its products in 125 different countries. And, Toro’s landscaping machines are used by golf courses, groundskeepers, farmers, and homeowners.

Toro was founded in 1914, The firm has also raised its dividend every year for 16 years.

Yesterday, Toro announced its next payout.

The Toro Company will pay a $0.38/share quarterly dividend that is in-line with the previous distribution.

  • Payout date: 10/21/25

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 1.97%

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. ($WOR) Declares $0.19 Dividend

Here’s a company that has paid a dividend every year since going public in 1968.

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. designs and manufactures building products, such as the metal cylinders cutting gases are stored in, and also makes consumer products, like Bernzomatic hand torches.

Despite flying under the radar, Worthington Enterprises announced an 11.8% dividend raise back in June of this year.

And yesterday, the firm declared its next quarterly distribution.

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. will pay a $0.19/share quarterly dividend, in-line with previous.

  • Ex-dividend date: 12/15/25

  • Payout date: 12/29/25

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 1.25%
