BRT Apartments is an internally managed real estate investment trust that owns 29 multi-family properties totaling 7,947 units. The company has been in business since 1972. And yesterday, the firm announced its latest dividend payment.

BRT Apartments will pay a $0.25/share quarterly dividend, in-line with the previous distribution.

  • Payout date: 7/9/2025

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 6.23%

General Dynamics Corporation ($GD) Declares $1.50 Dividend

From the depths of the ocean to high in the sky, General Dynamics produces a wide variety of military and civilian vehicles. The company makes everything from submarines and M1 Abrams tanks, to Gulfstream jets.

If you ever hear a rap song referencing a G-IV or G-VI jet, General Dynamics is the company that makes them.

And yesterday, General Dynamics announced its latest dividend payment.
