Alico, Inc. is a land management company that owns and cultivates citrus groves. Additionally, the company owns grazing land and offers hunting leases on some of its properties.
The firm has been in business since 1960, and Alico recently announced its latest distribution.
Alico, Inc. will pay a $0.05/share quarterly dividend, in-line with previous.

Camden Property Trust ($CPT) Declares $1.05 Dividend
Apartments. It’s the real estate sector most people think of when they think about real estate. And Camden Property Trust fits this mental picture perfectly.
Camden Property Trust owns and operates multifamily apartment complexes. The company owns 173 properties across 15 different states. And these apartment complexes contain a total of 59,046 units.
Yesterday, the company announced its latest dividend.
Camden Property Trust will pay a $1.05/share quarterly dividend that is in-line with the prior.
Ex-dividend date: 9/30/25
Payout date: 10/17/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 3.88%
LXP Industrial Trust ($LXP) Declares $0.135 Dividend
Warehouses. That’s the niche that LXP Industrial Trust operates in.
Founded in 1993, LXP Industrial Trust owns warehouses and distribution centers in the Sunbelt and lower Midwest. The company owns 116 industrial properties in 12 target markets.
Yesterday afternoon, the firm announced its upcoming payout.
LXP Industrial Trust will pay a $0.135/share quarterly dividend that is in-line with the previous.
Ex-dividend date: 9/30/25
Payout date: 10/15/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 5.9%
