We’re ending the week with three inflation-beating dividend increases. An automotive parts manufacturer, a chocolatier, and a stock exchange operator are all hiking their payouts.

As always, the largest raise takes center stage.

ITT Inc. ($ITT) Raises Dividend By 10%

ITT Inc. designs and manufactures critical components for the transportation, industrial, and energy markets. Its products include brake pads, shock absorbers, fluid pumps, and water treatment equipment.

The company has paid dividends to shareholders for more than 30 years and has grown its payout at a 15% compounded annual rate since 2020.

Yesterday, ITT announced a 10% dividend increase.

ITT Inc. will now pay a $0.386/share quarterly dividend.

  • Ex-dividend date: 3/6/26

  • Payout date: 4/6/26

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 0.76%

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. ($ICE) Raises Dividend By 8.3%

In 1996, Jeff Sprecher purchased a technology start-up for $1. Over time, that company grew into Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., a major player in global finance and the owner of the New York Stock Exchange.

ICE’s platforms are used to trade stocks, commodities (including roughly 66% of the world’s oil futures contracts), and cryptocurrencies.

Recently, the firm announced an 8.3% dividend increase.

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. will now pay a $0.52/share quarterly dividend.

  • Ex-dividend date: 3/17/26

  • Payout date: 3/31/26

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 1.26%

The Hershey Company ($HSY) Raises Dividend By 6%

The Hershey Company produces a wide range of iconic confectionery brands, including Hershey’s, Jolly Rancher, Payday, Reese’s, Twizzlers, Whoppers, Milk Duds, and Good & Plenty.

While Hershey does not raise its dividend every year, it is still a dependable income investment, having paid 384 consecutive regular dividends since 1930.

The company rewarded shareholders through the Great Depression, World War II, and numerous other periods of economic uncertainty.

This week, Hershey announced a 6% dividend increase.

The Hershey Company will now pay a $1.452/share quarterly dividend.

  • Ex-dividend date: 2/17/26

  • Payout date: 3/16/26

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 2.82%
