Chesapeake Utilities Corporation ($CPK) Raises Dividend By 7%
The utility sector is teeming with under-the-radar dividend growth stocks.
Case in point, Chesapeake Utilities Corporation - a company less than 3,000 investors follow on Seeking Alpha.
Chesapeake Utilities Corporation operates regulated and unregulated electric and natural gas distribution networks across multiple states, including: Ohio; Florida; North Carolina; and South Carolina.
The company was founded in 1859, and Chesapeake Utilities Corporation has paid uninterrupted dividends every year for the past 64 years.
The company’s new quarterly payout rate is $0.685/share.

The Wendy's Company ($WEN) Cuts Dividend By 44%
A bad day in Burgertown, The Wendy's Company cut its quarterly dividend by 44%.
This comes just two years after Wendy’s doubled their dividend, hiking the quarterly payout by 100%.
Post-cut, The Wendy's Company will now pay a quarterly dividend of $0.14/share.

Forward starting dividend yield: 4.72%
Otis Worldwide ($OTIS) Raises Dividend By 8%
Going up? The dividend at elevator manufacturer Otis Worldwide sure is!
The company recently raised its dividend by 7.7%.
Otis Worldwide builds, installs, and services elevators and escalators. The company has paid a dividend every year since its spin-off from United Technologies Corporation.
After the recent raise, Otis Worldwide now pays a quarterly dividend of $0.42/share.

Payout date: 6/6/2025
Forward starting dividend yield: 1.75%
