Realty Income Corporation is an extremely popular dividend stock due to the fact that it pays monthly dividends. This is a real estate investment trust, and Realty Income Corporation owns over 15,600 properties across all 50 U.S. states, the U.K., and six other European countries.
Yesterday, Realty Income Corporation announced that it will raise its monthly dividend by 0.2%. And, the company will now pay a monthly distribution of $0.269/share.
Ex-dividend date: 7/1/2025
Payout date: 7/15/2025
Forward starting dividend yield: 5.63%
Microsoft Corporation ($MSFT) Declares $0.83 Dividend
10 years ago, Microsoft Corporation traded at a cheap valuation and nobody wanted to own the stock. In fact, laughing about Microsoft being “Dead Money” was a popular joke on Wall Street Bets.
Since then, Microsoft Corporation has 10x’ed and grown from a share price of $47 per share to a share price of $470 per share.
A good reminder that stodgy, established businesses still have growth potential.

Microsoft Corporation will pay an $0.83/share quarterly distribution, in-line with the previous payment.

Nucor Corporation ($NUE) Declares $0.55 Dividend
Nucor Corporation is a steel manufacturer that’s been in business since 1905.
But unlike many industrial companies, Nucor is still chugging along and has some impressive underlying metrics.
The company has raised its dividend every year for the past 51 years. Nucor Corporation has a 5-year compound annual dividend growth rate of 6.32%. And, the stock has delivered comparable total returns to the S&P 500 over the past decade.
The firm recently announced its latest dividend payment, a $0.55/share quarterly distribution that is in-line with the previous payout.
