Main Street Capital Corporation ($MAIN) Declares $0.30 “Supplemental Cash Dividend” And Raises Dividend By 2%
Business development company Main Street Capital Corporation declared a special, “supplemental cash dividend” of $0.30 per share. Additionally, the firm raised their monthly dividend by 2%.
Main Street Capital now pays a monthly distribution of $0.255/share.
The $0.30 supplemental dividend has an ex-dividend date of 6/20/2025 and a payout date of 6/27/2025.
The schedule for the regular monthly dividend is listed below.
Ex-dividend date: 7/8/2025
Payout date: 7/15/2025
Forward starting dividend yield: 7.87%
Union Pacific Corporation ($UNP) Declares $1.34 Dividend

This was a Western about the challenges of building the Union Pacific Railroad.
Had your great-grandfather read this book and then rushed out to buy Union Pacific stock, you’d still be collecting dividends from that 107-year-old investment.
Or, as the company stated in their latest press release, “Union Pacific has paid dividends on its common stock for 126 consecutive years.” Impressive. And, a good reminder that strategic investing can build generational wealth.
Yesterday, Union Pacific declared a $1.34/share quarterly dividend, in-line with the previous distribution.
