Utz Brands, Inc. ($UTZ) Declares $0.061 Dividend

Snack food company Utz Brands manufactures and distributes potato chips, pretzels, and ready-to-eat popcorn. This is a company that’s been in business for over 100 years, although the firm only went public via SPAC in 2020.

Utz Brands has paid a dividend every year since going public.

And yesterday, Utz Brands announced their latest distribution. The company will issue a $0.061/share quarterly dividend that is in-line with the previous payout.

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 1.78%

VICI Properties Inc. ($VICI) Declares $0.4325 Dividend

VICI Properties is a real estate investment trust that owns high-end hotels, casinos, and entertainment properties in Las Vegas. And, the firm is expanding into other gaming, leisure, and hospitality markets across North America.

Some of the company’s properties include: Caesars Palace, the Venetian Resort, and the Rio Secco golf course.

Also, VICI Properties is the company that owns the land that the Las Vegas Sphere is built on. So, this is something of a stealth play on many other publicly traded casino and entertainment stocks.

Yesterday, VICI Properties announced its latest dividend, a $0.4325/share quarterly distribution that is in-line with the previous payment.

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 5.5%
