Two Dividend Kings are making big moves. Both legacy stocks have raised their payouts for more than 50 consecutive years.

A third company, nearing Dividend King status, is also raising its dividend.

As always, the biggest raise gets top billing. And today’s largest increase comes from one of the world’s most recognizable food and beverage providers.

PepsiCo, Inc. ($PEP) Raises Dividend By 4%

Did you know that Pepsi was the first American consumer product produced and sold in the Soviet Union?

PepsiCo, Inc. is a global food and beverage giant. The company’s products are consumed over one billion times a day, and the firm owns dozens of recognizable consumer staples brands, including Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Doritos, Cheetos, and Quaker.

Yesterday, PepsiCo announced its 54th consecutive annual dividend raise, a 4% increase “beginning with the June 2026 payment."

PepsiCo, Inc. will now pay a $5.92/share quarterly dividend.

  • Payout date: June 2026

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 3.81%

Archer-Daniels-Midland Company ($ADM) Raises Dividend By 2%

Archer-Daniels-Midland Company is the Exxon Mobil of grain.

Founded in 1902, Archer-Daniels-Midland Company is one of the largest food-processing and commodities-trading corporations in the world. The company processes oilseeds, corn, wheat, and other commodities for food, beverage, and animal feed markets.

Recently, the company announced its 53rd annual dividend raise, a 2% increase.

Archer-Daniels-Midland Company will now pay a $0.52/share quarterly dividend.

  • Ex-dividend date: 2/17/26

  • Payout date: 3/10/26

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 3.06%

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. ($APD) Raises Dividend By 1.1%

For over 80 years, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. has been a leading supplier of atmospheric and process gases, including hydrogen, helium, nitrogen, and oxygen. The company serves a wide range of industries, such as refining, chemicals, electronics, and manufacturing.

Recently, the company announced its 44th consecutive annual dividend increase, a 1.1% dividend raise.

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. will now pay a $1.81/share quarterly dividend.

  • Payout date: 4/1/26
