Bank of Nova Scotia ($BNS) Raises Dividend By 4%

Did you know Bank of Nova Scotia has made uninterrupted dividend payments every year since 1833?

Bank of Nova Scotia is one of Canada’s major banks. But the firm has a global presence as well. In addition to Canada, Bank of Nova Scotia operates in: the United States, Mexico, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Bank of Nova Scotia will now pay a CAD 1.10/share quarterly dividend. About $0.80/share when converted to USD.

Medtronic plc ($MDT) Raises Dividend By 1.4%

Medtronic plc is the world’s largest manufacturer of biomedical devices. They make pacemakers, insulin pumps, and other lifesaving technologies. The company has also consistently raised its dividend every year for the last 48 years.

In fact, Medtronic just achieved their 48th consecutive year of dividend increases last week when the company raised its dividend by 1.4%.

Medtronic plc will now pay a new quarterly dividend rate of $0.71/share.

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. ($KDP) Declares $0.23 Dividend

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is one of the “Big Three” beverage conglomerates alongside Coca-Cola and Pepsi.

As a soda, Dr Pepper is arguably much more flavorful than traditional Coca-Cola or Pepsi. But, for whatever reason, it’s nowhere near as popular. And as a stock, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. has objectively outperformed both Coca-Cola and Pepsi over the past 10 years - despite continually flying under Wall Street’s radar.

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. recently announced its next quarterly dividend payment of $0.23/share, in-line with the previous distribution.
