Also, in the world of finance, Argentina unveils its new citizenship by investment program.

Deere & Company ($DE) Declares $1.62 Dividend
Deere & Company, also known as John Deer, manufactures all kinds of tractors and land management products. The firm builds everything from 21-ton industrial combines to riding lawn mowers.
Yesterday, Deere & Company announced their latest dividend. The company will pay a quarterly dividend of $1.62/share, in-line with the previous distribution.
Ex-dividend date: 6/30/2025
Payout date: 8/8/2025
Forward starting dividend yield: 1.28%
SEI Investments Company ($SEIC) Declares $0.49 Dividend
SEI Investments Company is a company most people probably aren’t aware of. Which is okay. This isn’t a secret market-beater. But, SEI Investments does have some interesting qualities that could make it appealing to certain investors.
This is a company with very little debt.
And, the firm has a 5-year compound annual dividend growth rate of 6.92%.
SEI Investments Company offers traditional wealth management services and also operates a financial technology segment that develops software for other wealth management companies.
The firm recently declared their latest dividend, a $0.49/share quarterly payment that is in-line with the previous distribution.
Ex-dividend date: 6/9/2025
Payout date: 6/17/2025
Forward starting dividend yield: 1.15%
Argentina Proposes $500,000 Citizenship By Investment Program
In an attempt to attract foreign investors, Argentina unveiled plans for a new citizenship by investment program. According to this proposal, foreigners who invest $500,000 into qualifying projects within Argentina would be eligible for Argentinian citizenship.
Nobel winning economist Simon Kuznets once joked that, “There are four kinds of countries: developed, emerging, Japan, and Argentina.”
So, it will be interesting to see how the new citizenship by investment policy plays out.
