In today’s dispatch, we’ve got three companies increasing their dividends. Two of these are double-digit raises, while one is a small raise from a high-yielder.
Let’s start with the biggest raise first!
Intuit Inc. ($INTU) Raises Dividend By 15%
QuickBooks, Mailchimp, TurboTax…
These are just some of the recognizable properties that Intuit Inc. owns.
Founded in 1984, Intuit owns a portfolio of popular and market-leading software services. The company has paid dividends since 2011 and has a 5-year compound annual dividend growth rate of 14.43%.
Last week, Intuit announced a 15% dividend increase.
Intuit Inc. will now pay a $1.20/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 10/9/25
Payout date: 10/17/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 0.72%
EastGroup Properties, Inc. ($EGP) Raises Dividend By 10.7%
EastGroup Properties, Inc. is a real estate investment trust that develops and operates industrial properties in Texas, Florida, California, Arizona, and North Carolina.
The company dates back to 1969. And, EastGroup Properties has issued 183 consecutive quarterly dividend payments. Last Friday, the firm announced a 10.7% raise to their quarterly distribution.
EastGroup Properties, Inc. will now pay a $1.55/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 9/30/25
Payout date: 10/15/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 3.67%
Altria Group, Inc. ($MO) Raises Dividend By 3.9%
Altria Group, Inc. is one of the largest tobacco companies in the world. The firm makes Marlboro cigarettes and Black & Mild cigars. And, Altria has a long history of paying dividends.
In fact, according to some studies, Altria is one of the best-performing stocks of all time.
Every $1 invested in Altria stock in 1925 would be worth over $2.7 million today.
The company recently announced a 3.9% dividend increase — Altria’s 60th dividend raise in 56 years.
Altria Group, Inc. will now pay a $1.06/share quarterly dividend.

Payout date: 10/10/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 6.29%
