As an income investment, Fastenal has paid dividends every year since 1991 and has also issued special dividends in 2008, 2012, 2020, and 2023.

Recently, Fastenal announced its latest dividend increase of 9.1%.

Fastenal Company will now pay a $0.24/share quarterly dividend.

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. ($APOG) Raises Dividend By 3.8%

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. designs and installs high-performance glass and metal systems.

The company’s products include architectural glass and framing systems used in skyscrapers and modern buildings.

Founded in 1949, Apogee has raised its dividend for 14 consecutive years.

Last week, the company announced a 3.8% increase.

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. will now pay a $0.27/share quarterly dividend.

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 3.04%

Tanger Inc. ($SKT) Declares $0.2925 Dividend

Tanger Inc. owns and operates outlet malls across the United States and Canada. Its portfolio includes 38 outlet centers and three open-air lifestyle centers totaling more than 16 million square feet.

The stock was crushed during the 2020 pandemic, falling below $4.50 per share. Since then, Tanger has rebounded 689%, dividends excluded.

The company recently announced its latest dividend payment.

Tanger Inc. will pay a $0.2925/share quarterly dividend, in-line with the previous.
