None of these companies are raising their dividend this quarter, so we’ll start with the highest yield.

UMH Properties, Inc. ($UMH) Declares $0.225 Dividend

UMH Properties, Inc. is a REIT focused exclusively on manufactured home communities.

The company owns and operates 145 communities with roughly 27,000 developed homesites across more than a dozen U.S. states.

Over the past five years, UMH has increased its community count by approximately 17% and raised its annual dividend per share by 25%. The company announced its latest distribution yesterday.

UMH Properties, Inc. will pay a $0.225/share quarterly dividend, in-line with the previous.

Lennar Corporation ($LEN) Declares $0.50 Dividend

Founded in 1954 in Miami, Florida, Lennar Corporation has grown into one of the largest homebuilders in the United States.

The company operates its own mortgage, title, and financial services businesses, creating a vertically integrated model that diversifies revenue beyond homebuilding.

Lennar recently announced its latest dividend.

Lennar Corporation will pay a $0.50/share quarterly dividend, in-line with the prior distribution.

  • Payout date: 2/19/26

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 1.69%

New Jersey Resources Corporation ($NJR) Declares $0.475 Dividend

New Jersey Resources Corporation is a Fortune 1000 energy services company focused on natural gas distribution. The firm has paid dividends every quarter since 1952 and has raised its distribution for 30 consecutive years.

These aren’t paltry increases. With a 5-year compound annual dividend growth rate of 7.48%, the company has consistently grown its payout at a rate that outpaces inflation.

Most recently, New Jersey Resources announced its latest dividend.

New Jersey Resources Corporation will pay a $0.475/share quarterly dividend, in-line with the previous.
