Founded in 1979, Q.E.P. only began paying quarterly dividends in 2025.
This is an over-the-counter stock, which makes it slightly less accessible than companies listed on major exchanges. That said, the company operates in a niche market and is raising its dividend, always a positive signal.
Yesterday, Q.E.P. announced a 10% dividend increase.
Q.E.P. Co., Inc. will now pay a $0.22/share quarterly dividend.

StoneCo Ltd. ($STNE) Declares $2.53 Cash Dividend
StoneCo Ltd. is a payment processing company operating in Brazil. Walk into a local bakery or café in Rio or São Paulo, and there’s a good chance they’re using a StoneCo terminal for card payments.
The company recently sold its Linx division and is distributing part of the proceeds as a one-time special dividend.
As management noted in its press release: “This distribution is a one-time event and should not be construed as establishing any policy or commitment regarding future dividends.”
StoneCo Ltd. will pay a one-time $2.53/share special cash dividend.

Presidio Production Company ($FTW) Declares $0.1013 Special Dividend
Presidio Production Company acquires, operates, and optimizes oil and gas-producing properties.
Founded in 2016, the company recently initiated a shareholder distribution policy.
While it intends to pay quarterly dividends, Presidio is labeling this inaugural payment as a “special distribution.”
Presidio Production Company will pay a $0.1013/share special dividend.
