The market’s delivering several treats today. Three separate companies are all announcing their latest dividend raises.
We’ve got gas station owners, spas owners, and warehouses owners all hiking their payments. And, as is customary, we’ll kick things off with the biggest dividend raise first.

OneSpaWorld Holdings Limited ($OSW) Raises Dividend By 25%
In real estate they say the three most important factors for success are “Location, location, location.”
OneSpaWorld Holdings Limited certainly operates in a prime location where no one else can compete. The firm owns and manages spas, salons, and wellness centers aboard cruise ships, giving the firm access to a captive market that competitors cannot reach.
Yesterday, the firm announced a 25% dividend increase.
OneSpaWorld Holdings Limited will now pay a $0.05/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 11/19/25
Payout date: 12/3/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 0.89%
Murphy USA Inc. ($MUSA) Raises Dividend By 18.9%
Murphy USA Inc. owns gas stations. More specifically, the company owns and operates the Murphy USA, Murphy Express, and QuickChek brands of convenience stores and gas stations.
Yesterday, the company announced an 18.9% dividend increase as well as a $2 billion share repurchase program.
Murphy USA Inc. will now pay a $0.63/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 11/10/25
Payout date: 12/1/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 0.68%
LXP Industrial Trust ($LXP) Raises Dividend By 3.7%
LXP Industrial Trust is a stock that sold-off hard during the "Liberation Day" tariff announcements earlier this year. But since then, the firm has rallied and the stock is actually up +19.95% year-to-date.
This is an industrial real estate investment trust, and LXP Industrial owns and operates warehouses in 12 target markets across the Sunbelt and lower Midwest.
Yesterday morning, the company announced a 3.7% dividend raise.
LXP Industrial Trust will now pay a $0.14/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 12/30/25
Payout date: 1/15/26
Forward starting dividend yield: 5.95%
