An energy stock is hiking its payout by more than 6%, a defense contractor is raising its dividend by over 4%, and a trucking company is boosting its distribution by 2.3%.
As always, the biggest raise takes center stage, so let’s start there.
Valero Energy Corporation ($VLO) Raises Dividend By 6.2%
Valero Energy Corporation owns and operates 15 refineries across the United States, Canada, and the U.K., with a combined capacity of approximately 3.2 million barrels per day.
The company also operates 12 ethanol plants, and Valero is one of the world’s largest producers of renewable diesel.
Last week, the company announced a 6.2% dividend raise.
Valero Energy Corporation will now pay a $1.20/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 2/5/26
Payout date: 3/9/26
Forward starting dividend yield: 2.57%
L3Harris Technologies, Inc. ($LHX) Raises Dividend By 4.2%
L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is a high-tech defense contractor that produces missile-tracking satellites, electronic warfare aircraft designed to disrupt enemy communications, and the controversial “Stingray” cell-site simulator, which collects identifying information from mobile devices.
The company recently announced its 24th consecutive annual dividend increase, a 4.2% raise.
L3Harris Technologies, Inc. will now pay a $1.25/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 3/6/26
Payout date: 3/20/26
Forward starting dividend yield: 1.41%
J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. ($JBHT) Raises Dividend By 2.3%
Founded in 1961 as a business hauling rice hulls, J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. later pivoted into trucking and went on to become one of the largest transportation companies in the United States.
Today, J.B. Hunt operates more than 12,000 trucks and 145,000 trailers across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
The company recently announced a 2.3% dividend increase.
J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. will now pay a $0.45/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 2/6/26
Payout date: 2/20/26
Forward starting dividend yield: 0.86%
