Republic Services, Inc. ($RSG) Raises Dividend By 7.8%
Trash is King.
At least that’s the case with Republic Services, Inc., a company that collects and disposes of waste materials. The company serves 13 million customers in North America. And, Republic Services operates a fleet of 17,000 garbage trucks.
Founded in 1996, Republic Services has raised its dividend every year for 22 years. And recently, the company announced its latest hike — a 7.8% increase over the previous distribution.
Republic Services, Inc. will pay a $0.625/share quarterly dividend
Ex-dividend date: 2/10/25
Payout date: 15/10/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 1.02%
Kellanova ($K) Raises Dividend By 1.8%
Cheez-Its, Pringles, and Pop-Tarts. These are just some of the snack food brands Kellanova produces.
Formerly known as Kellogg Company, Kellanova was was established in 1906.
The company has paid quarterly dividends for over 100 years. And last Friday, Kellanova announced a 1.8% dividend increase.
Kellanova will now pay a $0.58/share quarterly distribution.
Ex-dividend date: 9/2/25
Payout date: 9/15/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 2.91%
Nokia Oyj ($NOK) Declares €0.04 Dividend
Who’s calling my phone?
In the United States, Nokia Oyj is probably best-known for their line of cellphones that were popular in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. However, the company has actually been in business since 1865.
Today, Nokia operates as a network infrastructure provider. The business creates and sells 5G, cloud, and IP routing services.
On Monday, the company announced its latest dividend payment.
Nokia Oyj will issue a €0.04/share quarterly dividend.
Ex-dividend date: 7/29/25
Payout date: 8/7/25
Forward starting dividend yield: 3.58%
