Snap-on Incorporated ($SNA) Raises Dividend By 14%

A dividend growth stock that rarely gets the attention it deserves, Snap-on Incorporated has paid shareholders every year since 1938.

Snap-on manufactures ratchets, drills, vehicle diagnostics equipment, and storage containers. These essential tools and devices are used by everyone from homeowners and professional mechanics to the United States military.

Yesterday, Snap-on announced a 14% dividend raise.

Snap-on Incorporated will now pay a $2.44/share quarterly dividend.

  • Ex-dividend date: 11/21/25

  • Payout date: 12/10/25

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 2.86%

Roper Technologies, Inc. ($ROP) Raises Dividend By 10.3%

Roper Technologies, Inc. designs and develops niche software. The company produces software for the construction industry, enterprise resource planning software for Federal government contractors, and software that’s used to monitor the nutritional value of school lunches.

These wide moat niches have allowed the company to raise its dividend every year for 33 years.

And yesterday, Roper announced a 10.3% dividend raise.

Roper Technologies, Inc. will now pay a $0.91/share quarterly dividend.

  • Ex-dividend date: 1/2/26

  • Payout date: 1/16/26

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 0.81%

ConocoPhillips ($COP) Raises Dividend By 7.7%

Yesterday, ConocoPhillips announced a 7.7% dividend increase.

ConocoPhillips will now pay an $0.84/share quarterly dividend.

  • Forward starting dividend yield: 3.83%
